Please know, if you are not able to find something on our website, it is most likely that the item is not available from Sheet Music Plus. The product may be offered by someone else, may be out of print, or may have never published.
Unfortunately, YouTube is not a reliable source for finding published sheet music. If you have found something on YouTube, and you cannot find it on our website, it is extremely likely it is not available from Sheet Music Plus.
Trouble placing your order with your credit card?
Below, you will find a set of instructions to facilitate a smoother checkout experience. It is essential to add your address to your account and save it for seamless transactions.
Here are the steps to add your address to the address book in your account:
- If you are currently logged into the website, sign out and sign back in.
- Navigate to "My Account." Access the "Address Book" and click on "Manage."
- Add your address to the address book and set it as the default . This ensures the website pre-fills the shipping and billing sections with your address (the Address Nickname box is a label for what the address is: is it your home? your school? your office?).
- Add items to your cart and click on "check out now."
Please Note: You have the option to add more than one address to the address book if you need to change the billing and/or shipping address. If multiple addresses are added, you can use the drop-down menu in the checkout process to select the desired address. Alternatively, if you only have one address in your address book, you can manually change the address in the shipping/billing sections during the checkout process.
If your order is still unable to process, please reach out to your financial institution as they may be able to help. For your security, our system is extremely limited in what it can see of your financial data; your financial institution really is your next best, next step to resolve this matter.
Trouble downloading your Digital Download item?
You may log into your Digital Library, here. Once logged in, look for "My Digital Library" on the My Account page.
- You should see your music purchase(s) on the screen
- Click the Download/Print icon located under the Actions heading
Your computer will automatically download the file, which may be opened to view, and then printed if desired.
