- For US groups, Free Budget Shipping on orders of $35 or more when you pay by invoice
- Purchase Orders accepted
- Net 30 Payment Terms for Purchase Order Invoices
- Payment Options include: Invoice, Credit Card, or PayPal (when placing your order online)
Please note: If you are choosing to be invoiced, your invoices can only be paid by Credit Card, Check, EFT and ACH. PayPal is not an option for invoice payment.
Ordering music with a Purchase Order is easy! Simply send us the Purchase Order and we will place the order for you.
How to Order with an Official Purchase Order
If your organization uses official Purchase Orders, simply send a copy of your official Purchase Order to invoiceorder@sheetmusicplus.com, and our staff will process it for you. Note: If you send a Purchase Order to our offices for any reason, please do not process the order yourself, as the order will be duplicated.
If you prefer to process your own Purchase Orders, signing up for a Sheet Music Plus Institutional Account is easy! You may choose to complete the online Institutional Account Application form here.
The Institutional Account Application review process is typically complete within 1-2 business days. Once complete, applicants will be notified of our decision, and will be informed of the next steps.
State Sales Tax Exemption
If your organization is exempt from paying sales tax, please email a copy of your state Sales Tax Exemption Certificate to receivables@sheetmusicplus.com. This must be done before the order is placed.
